Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Keypost ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Keypost is a policy enforcement layer for Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. We provide:
- Proxy services between AI agents and MCP servers
- Policy evaluation and enforcement for tool calls
- Audit logging and compliance tracking
- Rate limiting and cost management
- Access control and parameter constraints
Beta Access
Keypost is currently in private beta. During this period:
- The Service is provided free of charge
- Features and functionality may change without notice
- Service availability is not guaranteed
- We may limit or terminate access at any time
- Beta users will receive advance notice of pricing when introduced
Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Be authorized to bind your organization if registering on their behalf
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the Service or other users
- Use the Service to harm, harass, or defraud others
- Reverse engineer or copy our software
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
Your Data and Content
You retain ownership of your data and content. By using the Service, you grant us:
- Permission to process your data to provide the Service
- Right to use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics
- License to store and transmit your policies and configurations
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any data through our Service.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Keypost and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Specific uptime percentages during beta
- Compatibility with all MCP servers or agents
- Data preservation in the event of system failures
We may perform maintenance with or without notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keypost shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from third-party MCP servers or agents
- Damages from unauthorized access to your account
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Keypost harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will cease immediately
- We will delete your data according to our retention policies
- Audit logs may be retained for compliance purposes
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Keypost operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Keypost regarding the Service.
